The Levee Park project utilized collaborative efforts to revitalize Winona’s riverfront area. The redesigned Levee Park increases foot traffic and better connects Winona locals and tourists to the natural beauty of Winona.
One of the main features of Levee Park is the elevated plaza that provides both indoor and outdoor usage to visitors. The park provides water jets, an artful splash-pad, winter ice skating, and performance seating throughout the site, with improved wayfinding, and lighting.
