Each table identifies a goal with a common theme, along with specific implementation strategies, measurable outcomes, and the intended focus areas that make up the goal. Each implementation strategy and measurable outcome provides a general timeline and difficulty level. Regardless of the anticipated timeline or difficulty, each strategy provides part of the vision for the future of South Dakota, and should be referenced to start a conversation toward the end goal.
