Implementation Strategy Work with communities to create and implement community development plans. These plans should address things such as planned growth, future land use, planned capital improvements, and school district/County information. Measurable Outcome Compile a list of these reports at the state level to aid future projects and funding evaluations and identify opportunities like regionalization.
